Luxury Wheels OnDemand supplies wheels, tires, and related accessories, in response to customer requests made through our website. Customers can browse our manufacturer lists that link to the manufacturer websites, where they are able to see and select if they wish, any desired model from the available wheel/ tire lines. Customers who have decided which wheels/tires to purchase, can proceed to request a quote by filling out a short 'quotation request' form. Customers who are unsure of what selections to make should also proceed to fill out this form, assistance will be provided based on the information submitted here.
When proceeding to make a quotation request for the first time, customers will be asked for their email address, and be required to select a password. Upon submission, they will automatically create an account with Luxury Wheels OnDemand. This account will hold all order and payment history, and can be accessed at any time by the customer, who will use his email address, and chosen password to log in.
After receiving a 'quotation request' we aim to respond within 24hrs. We will provide availability information, pricing, and payment options for the order.
If a customer is uncertain of specific wheel/ tire selection, we will provide helpful options based on criteria submitted in the 'quotation request'.
A 60% deposit is required on all orders prior to processing. After this initial deposit is paid, the items will be acquired and shipped. The remaining 40% balance is due prior to delivery.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. All cancellations must be made prior to shipment.
When the items are ready for delivery, the customer will be notified, at this point he will be required to pay the remaining 40% balance.
It is very important to provide information that is as accurate and complete as possible in each quotation request. This will significantly reduce the possibility of incorrect/ incompatible items being sourced.
In the remote event that incorrect/ incompatible items have been delivered, once we determine it to be:
(i) Our fault, we will have the incorrect/ incompatible items returned and replaced at our expense.
(ii) The fault of the customer due to inaccurate information submitted, or otherwise, we will assist if required, in having the incorrect/ incompatible items returned and replaced, however, any extra expense incurred, will be bourne by the customer. |
